These Christmas birds start off life as a cardboard box full of sweets on my local supermarket shelf.  The part I use for the birds are the side flaps which are completely enclosed within the box so they are pristine and clean. I take the cardboard on my bike to the Learn, Create, Sell studio and cut it up into birds on the laser cutter.  I buy the ribbon in the Moor Market.  I reckon they are probably the most environmentally friendly Christmas decorations for sale in Sheffield!
